Proceeds benefit Feed the Second Line, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a safety-net for New Orleans culture. Feed the Second Line works to create jobs for community members and support our city's culture-bearers. Currently, they buy groceries for elders - and employ younger musicians to do the shopping. They also hire Black Masking Indians to create handmade beadwork designs - which they then turn into products to support their mission.
The handmade beadwork design was created by Alicia Lee, a Black Masking Indian in New Orleans, LA. The beadwork was then photographed and transformed into these t-shirts and hats. A renewable resource for supporting New Orleans culture.
These light pink shirts feature a photographed rendering of the tampon design. Model wears a size small in photos with accessories, size medium in close-up product shots.
The Tee is styled with the Pink Tampon Cap.
